Lead - Rider Compliance & Control
Lahore | Full-time
This is a diverse role that entails data crunching, decision making and critical analysis in order to develop processes and SOPs that would make business sense. The candidate needs to be able to handle new projects and work closely with other departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate data in order to identify the root cause of the given problem.
  • Measure and report all related KPIs around rider retention, churn, fill rate and rider fail.
  • Work cross functionally with Supply and Product teams to ensure smooth rider experience.
  • Develop and analytical tools according to the local market.
  • Manage a team and lead from the front.
  • Strategize ways to improve operational KPIs.

KPIs

  • Rider Fail Rate.
  • Maintain a healthy Rider Fill Rate.
  • Rider Churn.
  • Different metrics along which riders can be complied for better performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2 years
  • Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Business Administration or relevant.
