Technical Recruiter

We are looking for an energetic individual for HR & Admin Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively work towards building a diverse and qualified tech team to support the organization.
  • Participate in meetings with hiring managers to determine vacant tech-related positions and the preferred attributes for potential hires.
  • Assist with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
  • Identify the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
  • Using standardized screening techniques, assess the skills, qualifications and experience of hopeful candidates.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews in the said screenings to gauge interest, personality and salary requirements.
  • Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and that the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience interviewing and assessing potential hires for technology positions and assisting with onboarding processes.
  • Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates.
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally.
  • Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer any technical questions a potential hire may have.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources field.
  • At least 1-2 years of related recruiting experience required, with prior experience in technical roles.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintenance of all company IT hardware, either in-house for simple matters or through vendors for more complex ones

  4. Hardware management refers to all laptops, desktop, printers.
