Increase engagement and behaviors related to loyalty. Help define the CLM roadmap to achieve retention goals. Optimizing the user funnel and improving the communication and user flows at each touchpoint.
Collaborate with our User Acquisition, Marketing Analytics, Brand Marketing, Brand Partnerships and Creative teams. Partner with Product & Growth teams to optimize product experience and identify new ways to drive incremental value back to the users.
Keep an astronaut’s mindset: pivot from the micro-details on the ground up to the bigger picture macro view and back down again
Activating new sign ups to and engaging them with-in the App. Retaining active users, increasing their LTV, and reducing Churn rate. Reactivating inactive/dormant users.
Read data in unique ways and do outside the box thinking and analyze everything to identify opportunities and create actionable insights!
Update creative copy. Curating unique content for users. Leverage analytic tools during market research to find ways to enhance the company’s growth marketing efforts
Stay on top of the latest trends and emergent issues in our industry (business model changes, new tools, products, and features)
